I think I'd forgotten how quickly I dropped weight the last time that I did this but I'm already showing a loss.
Yay!

Breakfast:
2 eggs
2 pieces of bacon
2 cups of coffee w/ splenda and heavy cream

Dinner:
chicken with cheddar cheese, broccoli and bacon sauce

That is awesome! I never lose quickly on this plan, but at least I lose, which I can't say about any other. :) Great job.
