I've been sick again this week. I guess that's one of the joys of being a teacher. I dont usually get sick and now I've had it 2 times within about a months time. I went to work all week because we had tests to do but I am staying home today. Actually, I have to go in for a parent conference and then I am coming home. So needless to say I havent been been eating too much and the stuff I have eating does not really work with Southbeach (at least not with phase 1). Soup, grilled cheese, crackers, some whole wheat pasta last night (which I couldnt even tast I was so stuffed up). It is nice to see the scale under 225 though. That is my first mini goal: to weigh less than my drivers license (225). :) Hopefully I wont gain too much back when I am feeling better.

Get lots of rest and feel better... great job on getting below the license!! =D I actually weigh less than mine says now, too!!! Keep up the great work!

Awww, I sure hope you're feeling better soon...and don't worry, you are being mindful of it so I'm sure you won't gain when you are healthy again, and concentrating on eating Beachy :)
