Over slept. Missed breakfast - I'm still getting back into the habit of eating breakfast.

1 cup & 1/2 of coffee with splenda and heavy cream

1 piece of bacon
1 piece of ham
1 tbsp of feta cheese
1 tbsp of cheddar cheese
6 asparagus spears
