I'm really glad to be back on the diet. I know that sounds like a crazy thing to say but I've noticed a steady drop off in my energy levels since December.

Breakfat:
2 eggs
sausage
mushrooms and red & yellow peppers.
1 cup of coffee with splenda and h.cream.

Dinner:
Zucchini noodles w/ orange roughy and alfredo sauce

That's not crazy talk, girl. High-carb foods just drain us of energy. I'm glad you're back and doing well. You'll get your energy back once you get into the swing of things again. :)
