The FatSecret food journal is excellent. I already noticed that I should try to probably cut some of the fat out of what I'm eating and up the protien a bit more.

Hi Joey =o) Remember your body is needing the fat for fuel (replaced the carbs for fuel) so do not be afraid of fat! You can find places online if you google that will tell you what you need as far as protein grams go. I have been doing Atkins on and off since 1999 and have found that cutting my fat and eating too much protein backfires as our body cannot store protein so it converts some of it to glycogen which we don't want! So, keeping your ratio at 60/30/10 fat/protein/carb is ideal according to the book. When you record your food it gives you that pie chart on the bottom to keep track. Some days you may be hungrier than others and need more fat to curb that. So eat and enjoy!
