Decided I was superwoman at age 56 and tried to walk and mow my 1+ acres. Yes, I believed I could do it, thought it would be great exercise. Hubby usually does it on the rider mower. Half way through I hurt my back, actually couldn't move. Went to urgent care and was given pain/muscle relaxer meds. Been at the mercy of my non-Keto family, they mean well, but have no clue about eating the way I do. I had more carbs in the last few days, then I have in a year! What can I do they are being kind and helping me, I can't complain. I dread Saturday's weigh in. It always feels like 1 step forward, two steps back.

Understanding the not complaining, I am suggesting that with a smile on your face and a certain "Tone of voice" let them know that your goal is important to you and will they please consider learning about keto and helping you succeed. Hang in there girl!!! There are a lot of us in your keto family that are cheering you on!
