I wrote a recipe up but it’s hasn’t been approved yet :( Basically take a rip avocado, some cacao or cocoa power and mash up until smooth. I then added some ground almonds and some a teaspoon of almond butter for some sweetness (you can use any nut butter though, totally a personal taste thing). If it’s not looking like it’ll stretch to two you can add a teeny bit of milk. Then just chill (over an hour is best) it and voila! I threw in some frozen berries that I had steeped in some amaretto (legit healthy right!?). This is also really nice with a base of frozen cherries and raspberries. I suggest frozen as they are a bit juicer when they defrost. I mash the berries up with cacao powder and it makes a bitter chocolate cherry base that is really yummy. It hits the spot when you have a sugar craving 🍮
