Weighing in tomorrow - scared but real - I still am way down and eating same stuff worked better for me but I got bored - real problem - so proud of everyone - goals hit - some loss now , maybe not but coming - going over my posting when I was doing well or better to get to same mindset - need to sleep better and I have a new challenge - going to wash D.C. To meet with a friends friend in 2 weeks then in to Richmond for race nascar - I'm excited - I want 195 or better - weighing in each day starting tomorrow - MUCH SUCCESS TO ALL OF YOU - GOD BLESS -WHEN NOT IF -YOU CAN DO IT
