Not logging my weight today - and you can guess why. Restaurant eating is killing me - not that I can't make good choices but things are full of salt and I'm puffy as can be. I had an upset system mid-morning and again thisvevening after dinner... not sure what's going on with that but I'm glad I was close to facilities - if you get my drift. I may not go back to logging my weight until after I'm home and able to drop the water weight. Keep on keeping on people!
Making dinner at the kids place tomorrow night, and eating celery for lunch tomorrow - should help...
