My birthday today - 57 years old - feelin' great - It has been a good year for correcting weight -
My family is healthy, and I am very grateful for that -
I am happy to have found fs and great people here - I can be myself and can't always do that everywhere -
I have had trying times in other parts of my life the last couple of years but I feel that I can attack it better with a healthier mind and body -
I really enjoy life and most of the reason to do this is to enjoy family, friends, life and everything else longer - It doesn't mean it's any easier, it's not but I sure feel like I a leg up on it -
I ain't being good today if I can help it though - LOL -
TGIF Friday and much fun this weekend for all -
