Today is the day before we move my youngest daughter out to Iowa for college and her new home. I am so sad but happy for her at the same time. I am super close to her so this is really really hard!

I did ok with my eating today and took a break from exercising feverishly like I was doing. I tend to stick with my workouts if I take breaks once or twice a week.

Tomorrow I will have a busy day saying bye to my girl but thank God for the internet and phones. We will be able to talk on camera and stay in touch that way. I will be able to visit her an hour and a half away as long as the car holds up too!

That's all for now. Still basically at same weight but dropped inches in measurements.
