I guess I just wrote to you two days ago. Want to know how you are doing. Have to admit I was slightly disappointed at end of first week I just missed making 10 pounds. Check your grocery store ck-out lines for a paper magazine called "First". It has the best tips on how to actually lose weight. I had been seeing my family doctor monthly for odd symptoms and no one could find out what was wrong. In this past month's issue of "First" it had an article about a woman who had every symptom I had been complaining about. Turns out I had an infection in my lower GI tract that was making me unbearably fatiqued and other things like horrible bloating, hair loss...etc. Anyway, after eight days on a little known anitbiotic I am for the first time in about 15 months gathering and maintaining physical stamina. I mean I thought I had sofa sores but they just turned out to be cellulite. (That burns, doesn't it?) Anyway, if you can't find first I'll get web site if you want. Everything I'm doing is from this cheap little magazine and I feel finally like a person again. I don't know how long it's been! Walked two days in a row. Keep drinking that water! It helps! Berlin
