Barbecue is great but eating too much - got to eat a few more good carbs a day especially for ruffage - candy and ice cream are also culprits - I feel I've earned it ( really) ? Lol -
I am accomplishing 1 goal at s time in the work front , sleeping well , family doing good , kaos is calming down quite a bit -
Sons girlfriend is doing well after broken arm and leg -
I have started eating stirfries yesterday , no ice cream today , got my whipped cream , getting more cucumbers and tomatoes , chicken that have always helped me along -
