Hey everyone!! Sorry it's been so long, I dont have much time at home to journal and it's hard to do on my phone with my big thumbs. But I dont want to leave you all hanging, so here we go...
Stayed at moms for a few days last week. I was able to cook for myself and relax a little. One bad thing, I broke my rib right before I went, so, bending to put the dogs on the lead or take them for a walk was misery. I wanted to use her spa tub and relax in a bubble bath but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to lift myself back out with my ribs hurting so bad. They are still hurting pretty badly, but it's getting better. I try to do too much on my own though, I hate asking for help, and so I get really sore and worn out by the end of the day. I told my husband that I never broke my ribs at 500lbs, so maybe it's a sign!! haha.
Keto is going really well, I did have a little cheat the other day, but nothing too major. I haven't weighed in because I have to bend over to get my scale and I just haven't felt up to it. I will this Friday though.
Work has been the same, but I have a new prospect that seems promising. Black Hills Energy has customer service offices out here and they start out at $3.00 more than I currently make, which would really help things on the house hunting and car repair front. I just hope it works out.
I am going through a lot of mental issues right now. Life is kind of beating me up, I'm trying to stay positive and keep a good outlook, but it gets hard at times. I am pushing on though, one step forward is better than none. Sometimes one step is all I can do.
I pray for strength and courage to keep pushing. I pray that the Lord meets us all where we are, in the pain a s darkness but also in the joy and light. I pray he opens doors for miracles to happen and blessings to pour out. I pray we all keep pressing forward, and the Lord guides us each one.
