hit my goal!!!!!!!!!!! Next weigh in: Monday August 20. Target weight: 209.5

This is the only way I can do this - focus on the little hills and forget about the mountain. I have completely forgotten my major goal and all I am thinking about right now is hitting 209.5.

Great job!!! That is a good way to go about it, I think I will break dowm my weight loss goals too, like they did on Celebrity Fit Club, I think that will make things easier & alsp prevent me from getting discouraged.. Youre doing awesome keep it up!
