So tonight I go and pick up my plan (LA Express Menu and I will be using Menu 3). I was all excited to weigh in after doing the 2 day take off. I was expecting to see a drop of a couple of pounds...but no! I gained 8 oz. Grrrr. They said that it's not that unusual and that I should start dropping in the next couple of days. I decided not to record my weight but rather wait a few days. So, I will continue to follow my plan at 100% and hopefully next time I weigh in I will be down a pound or two.
