I had a "lose 6 lbs each month for 4 months" plan that I "failed". I put the word fail in quotation marks because I don't really look at it as a failure since I did lose weight (9 lbs) even if it wasn't as much as I aimed for. Plus, my aim was pretty high to begin with. 6 lbs a month for 4 straight months means you can't mess up whatsoever and you pretty much have to live in the gym.
I currently weigh 153.5 lbs. I have 1 month left to hit the original goal of 138. Obviously that won't be possible so my new goal is to get to the 140s. I must weigh 149lbs or less by June 1st i.e. a weight loss of 4.5 lbs in less than 1 month. Wish me luck!!
