Ugh... I am salivating, LOL! A group at work is having a work lunch and they brought in pizza and salad. I love that!!! However, I've already planned to go out to lunch with friends today so no double dipping. Booooo. I even went on the restaurant's website to find the most friendly item for me to eat so that I don't deliberate for a million years or get swayed by all the good smells as I go in.

Still... pizza... Maybe there will be some left over for lunch tomorrow!

Just so you know how tough it is, my lunch date isn't for another hour. I have to smell the pizza until then. Pray for me.

you know if you can afford the calories you can eat it a piece without the crust. My husband and I am not overly fond of pizza crust even when not dieting. We just pull off the topping.

That's a good idea. I'll remember that for next time! Tonight, however, I knew hubby was grilling steaks so I wanted to save up calories. I went to Islands today for lunch, too. Even though I ordered one of the lowest calorie items for lunch, it was still nearly 600 calories, which is more than I usually eat. I'm trying SO HARD to stick to my RDI!

Rosio19, I agree with you! Baskington, I went out for a walk last night to get myself into the net calorie deficit I want to be in. I really want at least a 500 calorie deficit every day. Yesterday was a little challenging, but I did it.

Just eat the toppings off the pizza, if you want pizza. All the bad carbs are in the crust anyway. I had pizza top for dinner last night :-)

Have you tried making fathead pizza? The crust is made with shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, an egg, and almond flour. It's on the menu for dinner at my house tonight - I'd invite you but it you might not get here in time LOL!

Well, Jimmie, nothing's up. I didn't eat the pizza. Didn't you read my post? I'm very motivated to get to my goal, but that doesn't mean I have disconnected my sense of smell. Jo, I haven't tried Fat Head pizza; I've never heard of it.
