I have been at the same weight more or less for several weeks. I suppose I should CUT OUT all carbs and go back to phase 1, but am not sure..........I don't want to feel deprived, and then give up.

My computer is "done in" waiting for fixing or whatever. Will use my cousin's when I can. Wishing you all good results.

Sorry about the stall on the scales! Look at your daily intake and see what you are eating .. maybe you can just cut back a little here and there, rather than going back to phase 1 just yet?? Sorry bout the puter probs, too! Good luck hope to see you back on here more soon!! :)

Hi Susie. Are you getting a good amount of exercise in? How about portion size per meal? Overall, just don't give up.

maintaining is still better than gaining!! You HAVE lost weight gal! maybe you just need to look at your choices and just make some minor changes. an apple instead of yogurt?? things like that? You will figure it out, I know you will

The last stall I had I took Information's advice and just cut back for two or three days on my overall calories. It worked like a charm! Good luck...GO BLUE!

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I have a plan: fewer carbs & calories, more exercise-I'm not concentrating enough on sb and have been a bit out of whack-not sleeping, saving nights for balancing check books, "fixing" closets-emotional things. I am going to work on getting myself together today; I plan a few phase 1 days too so that I know I have given it a good all around try to lose!!!
