I am having a hard time getting back into the routine of gym and being serious about what I am eating. But I resolved today that I have got to get back into the groove of things. I don't want all my hard work of loosing weight, feeling great, and eating properly to go by the wayside. Fortunately I have only gained two pounds back - but if I leave that now the two pounds will multiply and before I know it my weight will be back to where I started. I have the choice to make today - don't go to gym, don't eat properly and feel dreadful - or - make going to the gym, or some sort of daily exercise, a priority (I have to for my lymphodema); watching what I eat and feeling great (it is amazing if you eat properly how much more energy and uplifted I feel).
I did start the day off right - oatmeal and pear again. Will go to the gym this afternoon before I pick up my son from his hockey practise. I do have a function to attend tonight - so will eat before I go.

Here is to another beginning - on my road to loosing enough weight to have to buy a new wardrobe! Can't wait!!
