I found the culprit! I just started my period. I suppose that is a bit personal. ah well its my journal! Is it true that you tend to eat more around that time? I am so irregular I never know when its coming and I hardly notice if I get any side affects to it...

Anywho >> I haven't been doing very well just so fatigued. 4 mile walk tomorrow for the March of Dimes in Indiana. Looking forward to getting out there and getting my walk on!
