Well my move is finally complete. I now live in NH. I was totally off program the last month and I am ready to get back into my Keto ways! I really feel different, since I've added a bunch of carbs to my diet. I always feel hungry and tired. I tried hard to stay on track, but not having a stove or places to buy low carb stuff (I had no internet on my mountain for almost 3 weeks) made it difficult. That being said, I am back on track! I started again this morning, making some Keto cream cheese pumpkin muffins and stocking my pantry/fridge with Keto snacks and good healthy things to eat. I've gained some back, but hope to get to get under 200 by Christmas.

yes...electrolytes are pretty much mandatory with this way of living. they include potassium, sodium, and magnesium. A lack of all or any of these can cause the cramping.
