Well its another delightful weigh - in tomorrow and I think I will find I have slowed down now that the excess 'obese' weight is off. It was thrilling to get off that first bit so fast but I mustn't get miserable if I stall or lose less. After all a 1 lb is a l lb. I have no idea how I have done. I think I have lost some , I feel it in my clothes and I think the more you lose the more you notice it. When I was 220 losing 4lbs wouldn't have even noticed. If I lost 4 lbs now I would feel it. I am also progressing on the excercise front. I felt I was flying yesterday when I was swimming I felt so light! And I have done my 30 mins Wii fit this morning and the kids are back to school so thats all my walking back on track. Feeling good.
