That is good, but it's not always a good idea to weigh in too often as our weight fluctuates so much on a daily basis, due to water, food mass, bowel contents etc. This is why weighing in once a week, in the same (or no!) clothes, on the same scales in the same place, at the same time of day is best to get a realistic picture. I can see you're doing really well so far, so it would be a shame if one day you had a bad midweek result (that was maybe just a temp blip) and it disheartened you, and put you off your game for the rest of the week. But otherwise, keep up the great work!
