It seems to me that weight loss gets much easier when we stop caring about the scale. It's like a watched pot never boiling :) I stopped caring in January and haven't had a stall for more than a week since. Trust yourself. If you're doing all the right things, you'll get results :) Maybe not today, maybe not this week, but in the long run. And that's all that mattered. Every pound you lose is cause for celebration, so congratulations! You should feel proud of all your hard work.
