Seems I am going backwards. Few things to note, For last 2 nights I have had late night workouts so maybe I have retained a bit more water than I should which would affect my morning weight. Second, I guess I have hit a plateau and I need to shake things up a bit but just do not have the time. I guess I will keep on my diet and see what happens. All I know is I am not looking back. Full body scan on Friday so will see how I go. Ankle is now better and I guess the knee wants me to lose another 30kg's but it is coming up good too. My goal over the next 8 weeks is to lose 12kg or 26.4lbs and I will achieve this. Longer term goals are viseral fat less than 10 currently>20, Cholesterol less than 4 currently 4.5mmol/L and body fat 8% (12 months) currently approx 39%.
