I took a few days off of my routine and rested because I was feeling fatigued. I ate some meals that were outside of my new normal diet and consumed about 3 times the calories I normally eat yet I still avoided sugar. I am now contemplating a shift in my workout routine in order to see if I can spark a metabolism increase. I think I will increase my anaerobic and slightly decrease my aerobic to mix things up and keep my body guessing instead of adjusting to a set activity.
