Down a bit more! Have hit some blips, learning what I can and cannot eat on Keto. I'm trying to get my IF up to 18 hours, and it has not been too hard, thanks to "butter in my coffee" type morning drink:) Also I've had some unfortunate buys that I didn't find out til later were not Keto (like cashews which are legumes, not nuts) but I don't think they did any lasting damage. Last night for desert I had 1/4 cup mixed macadamia and hazel nuts. I like the fact that nuts don't trigger my "sweet tooth." The biggest breakthrough in my mind this past 3 months has been that I no longer feel starved, which lead to binge eating in the past. It was all the fault of hidden sugars, to which I was apparently addicted - at least my body was. Throwing out the sugar stuff was the best thing I ever did. The change to not craving was dramatic and such a relief!
