OK. Here we go again. ONE DAY AT A TIME. I think I have a problem. Food has become a problem and is out of control. Candy and food seems to be a drug of choice.....eating as much as I can to numb myself. Yesterday seemed to be an aha moment. I hope so. I pray so. The goal for today. NO CANDY. NO SUGAR.
