The war on the core is working!!! I have to say I am so happy just to see the 170's even if it is just barely. It probably wont stay there, but, it still feels really really good to see the number!!!! I am usually weighing more near 180 and probably will see that again tomorrow. I think once I start to see the lower numbers that means I am getting closer to those numbers. So it was a pleasant surprise this morning. As long as I don't see 185 again, I will be happy. The gym was really crowded today and I didn't get in the leg workout I wanted to, but I will hit it hard tomorrow. Remember everyone... you have to declare WAR ON THE CORE! Ha ha. Oh and thanks for the sunshine, to whomever sent it to me! Peace everyone.
