I have been going to the gym 4 times a week, but not losing anything! Must be turming to muscle! I want to lose at least 10 more by spring break.

exercize is going to be good for you whether it shows up on the scale or not. You might want to look at your food journal and see if you can find anything that might be causing a "stall". I seem to be in one myself right now and I'm hoping something shows up by weigh in deadline. Just keep up the good work, it will show up eventually, if not this week, next week

Still working out 3 - 4 times a week and increased to 1 1/2 hours. I do 30 min on eliptical amd then wieghts for 30 and then 30 MORE min on eliptical. I think my eating is OK, keeping carbs and fruits way low, but I do allow myself unlimited nuts (almonds & pistachios) for snacks. I drink only diet drinks and water (one soda per day - the rest is diet tea or crystal light).
