I am down a pound finally! This is good news, although I hope it is not muscle I am losing. I have been sick with a bad cold for almost 2 weeks now so I haven't been able to work out. I hope I am not losing muscle weight. I have been eating carefully so hopefully it will stick. I really hate not working out and can already tell the difference in my stomach- I was starting to see more tightening and flattening finally. I'm trying to decide if I should go this morning, but I am working on only 4 hours of sleep from coughing all night long. If not, I think I will be back at it tomorrow. My goals have gotten set back a bit with the cold, so my new goal is to be under 150 by the end of Feb, which would be next week. This will be challenging b/c we have hubby's b-day this weekend which will mean out to eat, desserts, a movie, and a few other events this week. I will do what Karafitzpatrick did and pack my own healthy trail mix to the movies and refrain from ordering any birthday dessert when we are out and save it for home. Trying to keep my eye on the prize!

Congrats on losing a pound! I know when I was sick, I lost a lot of muscle, which was a little dissapointing. Now that I'm back to working out, I'm sore, but that's a good thing, because it means I'm building more muscles! I'm positive you can reach your goal!
