Well FS Friends send up the balloons and light the Sparklers!....After one year on Eat Right For Your Blood Type Diet I stepped on the scale this morning and I reached my goal weight of 135lbs. I have now lost 100 lbs. in a year!!!!!! Oh Wow!...I actually did it! :)))
