Any loss is a good loss, keep at it, and don't just aim for "weigh day." Keep your focus on the end with small goals along the way. That keeps us from frustrating ourselves by intermittent poor eating and then fasting food and water just to see if we can keep the scale from creeping up. For some this is a delusional cycle of frustration. Buckle up and be the one you want to be.
