I wish there were bonus burned calories for wearing heels to work. My tush and my calves have seriously been burning since 8am!!
Alrighty, I survived the weekend without going over 124 by Monday morning. I am ready to see some lower numbers again so it is time to step it up to 4-5 workouts this week.
If not down another pound by Saturday I will most likely do a 3 day juice cleanse Monday-Wednesday. Not trying to go as long this time because I would still like to be able to work out without feeling weak. I remember that feeling from college and that is what I'm trying to avoid! I miss the green juice and the energy and glow it gave me. Shooting for that again :)
