Well damn it man. This better be muscle weight. Cause I swear I’m behaving.....to a point.....okay okay I had chocolate but that’s only cause my uterus hates me and decides a week of torture is appropriate. It ‘tis not! Okay that week is over time to hit it hard. Starting today. Not tomorrow, not later, right now at this moment I’m promising myself to give it my all and I’m going to sweat like I have never sweat before. Already doing good with a kick ass hour long work out! Time to shower and head to work. I shall not accept defeat.

LOL I love you two! 😘 Every time my daughter comes near me during that time of the month I end up putting twice the Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa powder in my smoothies! LOL I think I just smell her pheromones and start to get cramps in sympathy!🤦🏻‍♀️

Lol love you too!!! And cramps are no joke man. I didn’t have a heating pad and started just warm a dinner plate in the microwave and hugging that in the fetal position. I swear there is an evil demon in there that Satan himself ordered to rage war against me. Ugh! I’m so putting coco powder in my shakes now!

You go girl!!! I like your attitude. I had the same thought when I stepped on the scale this morning. I have been working my ass off and staying on plan. I sure hope its due to the muscles, lol. Keep going!

Do you account for water weight and swelling when you weigh in around or during your period? My weight personally fluctuations between 4 and 10 pounds during my period, from about 3 days before to 3 days after. Even when I stayed on plan, work out and got all my water every day and should have lost. My doctor said that's normal and my body proved it to me. I don't even weigh myself during that timeframe. It's too discouraging.

Just realize it only has a few calories, but does have a carb or two. LOL But for me, it’s how I skip iut on ice cream and chocolate! 🤷🏻‍♀️
