My impression is that the weight is coming off verrryyy slowly, but when I look at the numbers it's really dropping at a pretty decent rate. Latest experiment is a 16:8 IF from 10 am to 6pm. Two meals and a small snack seems to work. While off work that was breakfast and dinner for meals. But today is a workday so I'll have to have a snack at 10 instead of breakfast. There were some emotionally stressful events this past week and I feel proud that I didn't rush to carbs to numb the sadness.
