OK. I’m just staying between 203 - 205, back and forth. Haven’t been thinking much about diet, I’ve been so sick. Not sick as in coughing or running a fever; my upper legs down to knees just have unbearable pain that it’s hard to walk. Very exhausted, mostly resting. But that’s what fibromyalgia/myofascial pain syndrome is like. If it is that. Might be I need new arch supports (custom made) or something we found with the spine in my neck: a squeezing of the spinal cord caused by stenosis, or narrowing of the hole in the vertebrae where the spinal cord runs through it. Very discouraged. I’ve been walking with two canes.

Yea, literally that 4.2lbs can just be water weight, and possibly poop 💩 Just gives me an excuse to use that icon 😋 but still! It’s true, I usually can gain on average anywhere from 1.5-4lbs JUST water weight when I have larger meals the day before. Weight fluctuates continuously due to many factors. So don’t focus on the day to day fluctuations, just on the overall pounds going down 👍🏻
