Thank you. It is easier here. I am in Wardak, Afghanistan working on a contract. The winter is ending (some days maximum -1 and minimum -27) and we eat in a Dining hall. So, cutting carbs (<30g per day) and no sugar is ok when the meal is prepared for you and there are no shops to buy luxuries within 100km. I am dying for a piece of yellow fat biltong and a braai........and a Castle light (2g of carbs per beer). Be blessed.
