Well Im back, I cheated all thru Nov, Dec and Jan. I am now back to eating right and feel better but put on a lot of weight. I was up to 238 before I started this again and I do feel better but not as good as I did before I started eating pizza and donuts. Yah donuts are so hard to give up, I think I was eating them every day. It used to be ice cream that was hard to give up but this time it was donuts.

I had started a new job in Sept, I was doing ok until I found out that they had mandatory overtime in Jan and well that was stressful, but I got thru that and said well thats over and I will start my diet again in Feb well the first week of feb they announced more mandatory overtime for Feb and March. Well that was it, I said enough and turned in my notice. My blood pressure had been way high and this was not helping. So Im not working, my husband does fine but his health insurance is not great so I was hoping to get better health insurance at my job but that didnt work out either, it was just too stressful.

So no Im having coffee with cream, and last night I made some deviled eggs with cheese and bacon that were very good. I have some left over that Im going to have for breakfast in a bit. I plan on going to Costco for some pork rinds and maybe make a meatloaf with them. We shall see how it goes for a bit.
