Find the two doctors I respect the most, both say 2-3 pounds a week is the max one can loose of fat in a week. I got excited when I lost 6, but it was not pleasant to loose all that water. Will try to plan the weeks ahead to make the ride a bit more interesting food wise, and wellness wise.
