Less than half way go now to my minimum goal. Trying not to think too much about the proper goal, a straight 60. Like so many before me I realise the number on the scale is not the ultimate goal.
The real goal is health, fitness and wellbeing. And loose clothes ;) As long as the trews stay up when running, hmmm, I need a belt. ... !
