I am still not 100% healthy and am really struggling to throw the flu bug off. Tomorrow is Sat 03/02 and I will be venturing back onto the treadmill to walk 3 km a session, then 30 sit-ups, 30 push ups and 5 by 1 minute planking for core strengthening.
I want to get back to losing at least 1.5kg a week. My rotation to go back home starts on 07/04 and is exactly 9 weeks away. If I lose 1.5kg x 9 weeks I should drop 13.5kg and be approx 110kg when my wife fetches me at the airport
Left RSA to work in Afghanistan on the 18/12/2017 at 132kg Be back on my rest cycle at 110kg.
