BINGE: 12:45am I ate a whole package (60) of rice crisps (four artisan cheese). 1 serving is 15 crackers (30g) 130 cal. It could have been a lot worse.

SLEEP: To bed 1:15am. Asleep by 1:30am. Awake 6:30am. Very restless night. Slept poorly 6 hrs.

SCALE: down 1.4 lbs

MEALS:
Breakfast 9am -egg & ham (dry curd & yogurt) frittata on 1 toast w 1/4 avocado & salsa. coffee (I made double so I have the rest as a high protein snack to eat before I go to bed tonight)

THOUGHTS:
1. I must do serving packages of rice crackers to lessen the chance of bingeing.

2. I realized I should not delay taking my measurements and take a before picture, because I am loosing faster than I expected. I took measurements this morning (to be posted) I cringe when I think about taking the B4 pics though. Another day.

3a. Oz...why do I tape it? Worse, why do I watch some episodes that I think may have some tidbits of good info, on medical topics? He can be such a flaky interviewer and so easily duped by some of his guests, who are so obviously lying, looking for their 15 minutes, or there to sell books or pills, or snake oil. (tragic event-frivolous episode on Dec 30 w/o background check. TV entertainers should leave news reporting to trained reporters, especially when in midst of an criminal investigation. IMO Venting. Done and forgotten.
