Happy about the weight loss ahead of target on my goals, really looking to crank it up before my full body scan early next week. I am really pushing the edge in terms of diet as I want a quick win over the next 8 weeks and then I can taper down. I have gone through 23 blood ketone monitoring sticks over last 4 days and I am positive my body has been in ketosis the whole period so will look at the results of the final scan and see if I have sacrificed muscle mass over the last month otherwise enjoying the journey.
