Second day of water fasting... I feel great!
I started yesterday hoping to kick start my body’s battle with a really bad maxillary sinus infection, and it’s totally working. So I started reading up more on how long to continue, and came across a lot of great reads regarding all the health benefits fasting has to offer - specifically water fasting. A lovely side effect is fat loss. Even better!
