Had to change gear over the last week, due to the body was starting to fight back. So now I do only one meal a day, and get 23.5 hour fasting in on a daily basis. Takes a fair bit of fat and greens to make it a smooth ride.
84.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 43.8 kg.    남은양: 6.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

A 24hr fast is good to reset your metabolism but you should have a plan after that, other wise if you continue that constantly..guaranteed your body will go into starvation mode and you'll gain it all back in spades. p.s. Right now it's the easy stuff coming off water weight.

Thank you murphthesurf. At this point I have lost interest in carbs, and do no longer consider it to be food. Of this reason alone, I do not fear weight gain. We'll see how it goes over time. :)
