Well while I have hit my first goal again and that's exciting I seem to have stalled at this weight this week. I haven't cheated not even a bit and I've done 16:8 IF all week. So it's a little disappointing to not see more than a pound in a week but I'll take it over where I started any day. The first 2 weeks I lost like crazy and now I seem to have stalled a little. This is almost the end of my 3rd week and 13 pounds lost so I can't complain that's better than I have done in the last 2 years on other diets. I do believe I am fat adapted or at least close. I have 0 appetite and when I do eat I get so full on so little. Not really any more cravings either which is super helpful! I'm still in ketosis. Maybe there will be a "whoosh" coming soon. 🤞🏼

You've done outstanding, if your in ketosis it's gonna happen! I don't weigh so often so I don't have a play by play of what happened lol. Stay focused keeping your carbs low or you'll kick yourself out of ketosis and you'll get there!

Thanks Patty! I just have to keep telling myself a loss is a loss and a move in the right direction. It's always been a struggle for me to stay motivated. In my mind I know things are gonna be slow but also in my mind is "I want it now" lol. I have a very unhealthy addiction to the scale and so I'm trying to quit that. I am doing better and I've decided to weigh in on Fridays. I have to keep reminding myself of why I started in the first place. This is the best I have done at any attempt of weight loss for the last 2 years so it's progress.
