Trying to keep from not feeling overwhelmed with all I need to do for to get my mother's things in order, since it seems that she will be needing long term nursing care. It is so depressing having to sort through her belongings and deciding what is to be kept, tossed, donated or can be sold.
It is really hard not to reach for those comfort foods right now. But I know it wont do me any good if I start to gain weight and mess up my health.
