If you are drinking milk with lactose, you are consuming some sugars , as it converts to glucose ( Sugar ) in the body

I'm just getting back on the horse too Ame. I was sick but losing my appetite wasn't one of the symptoms so I was a lazy eater. Snacky stuff and meat and dairy. Way too much carbs. But I am back too. Vegies and fruit are calling. Also reading China Study.
